WORST EXPERIENCE EVER !!! I got seated and one of the ladies put a sheet over me without even knowing where I wanted to get my hair cut, another salon lady walked out and didn’t ask a single thing just picked up the scissors and I stopped her and said where I wanted it cut and she didn’t even take the coat off to look at where I wanted it as I wanted it to be a specific length, still not asking me anything to do with my hair I had to explain to her what I wanted while she was cutting. Always a lovely experience at the salon ,Marion & staff go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable & feel very welcome,as well as doing an amazing job. Today I saw Katie who goes beyond to make sure you leave feeling amazing Thankyou

I love Mosaic it's the first hairdresser out of 3 Hairdressers in Narooma that has done and cut what I asked for bargain not what they wanted to do I told her don't cut this but at front and sides so what does she do she cuts the bits at the sides and she said I thought they would blend in to the sides I said You don't fn listen to the customer you just do your own thing I was pissed off as I walked out the shop I said strike 3 I'm never going back to that hairdressers again wiped out of my life.I give people 3 strikes.
