My new salon!! Brittney was absolutely amazing!! I showed her pictures of what I was looking for and how I wanted my hair to look. We tweaked the style to fit my hair and part and she NAILED it! She was so patient and fun to chat with too. I am so in love with my hair again! I will definitely be back!

Had a terrible experience with Jacquelyn at Salon Monarch - extremely rude and unprofessional throughout the entire appointment. She acted like I was inconveniencing her by being there and was vulgar and dismissive the whole time. Made me feel completely unwelcome and I will never return to this salon.
