Everyone here is friendly and does a great job. Teresa is the best and she is the only person I trust to do my eyebrows.
I came in for a simple fade cleanup and was shuffled from one stylist to another before anyone even started the service. The second stylist (purple pixie cut) immediately told me she couldn’t do a basic skin fade and suggested I go elsewhere to a local barber shop. I then asked for an eyebrow wax (an even easier service), and after several minutes of her pretending to prep, she finally admitted the wax wasn’t even turned on. I called this salon a few weeks ago and asked to make an appointment with Lauren. I was told that she is very busy but she will check her schedule and call me back. Never got a call back. I guess too busy even for a call back. They obviously don't care about losing a potential new customer.
Great haircut with Kim. Really listens and takes her time!!!
