I went here last year and had pretty good service. I decided to go back this year (we travel in the winter) and well....it would seem as though they are not intersted in my business. No luck calling...always goes to voicemail. I decided to leave a voicemail and well...no return call. If you are going to have voicemail - one would think that you would get a return call. If no intention on returning a call...don't have voicemail as an option. Went through with another salon in Rockland. Completely turned off with it all.
