Saw Ava twice, for a bleach and tone. Sweet girl, works hard. First time wasn't as great as I hoped (my "one" is in NM), but we had a chat, and discussed for next time the adjustments. The next time just happened last week. I don't know what happened, but came out purplish/pink. Ava apologized profusely. Said she would get in touch in a few days to have me come back to fix it. I had an appointment scheduled for 2:00 p.m. My wife and I arrived on time, but the stylist, Josh, didn’t greet us. I waited until 2:27 without any direct update or explanation from him. Another hairdresser came by around 2:15 at the behest of my wife to let us know he was running behind, but Josh himself never said anything.
