Katlin was exceptional. Helped me figure out the best way to work with my hair type (curly). Listened to what I liked and didn't like. Pleasant, personable, professional. Highly recommended. Space is beautiful, clean and bright. Very happy with the entire experience.
Everyone was really nice. I don’t think I’ll be returning tho. I went in for highlights- after the color was applied obviously it needs to be washed out. My hair was washed and then blow dried almost dry ( I said it wasn’t a big deal if it was a little wet when I left - I was tnere 4 hours and was starving). When I was rung up to pay I was charged for a hair wash? I’m shocked… how is the color supposed to be washed out of my hair without a wash??
