Everyone was really nice. I don’t think I’ll be returning tho. I went in for highlights- after the color was applied obviously it needs to be washed out. My hair was washed and then blow dried almost dry ( I said it wasn’t a big deal if it was a little wet when I left - I was tnere 4 hours and was starving). When I was rung up to pay I was charged for a hair wash? I’m shocked… how is the color supposed to be washed out of my hair without a wash?? This was how my daughters hair was cut, no matter how I parted it, there were sections significantly longer than others (no layers). Kids even started pointing it out to her it was so bad. They eventually fit us in to fix it and charged us to get it fixed. Subsequently went to a different stylist and she is, and always has been, amazing. Unfortunately we can no longer go to the salon because sometimes I have to bring my kids siblings when they are getting their hair cut and that is no longer aloud.

Update as of 10/30/2024 - The salon recently implemented a new policy that kids are not invited or permissible in the salon unless they are getting their haircut. No siblings, babies, etc. This is such a disappointing and short sighted policy that I can no longer endorse this location as being kid or family friendly. Unless you are single or have no/grown kids, I would highly recommend you take your business elsewhere. This Salon is the best of the best.
