Was charged an extra 40$ for a hair TRIM (less than half an inch off) because I have “long hair”. Nobody informed me of this. Nobody informed me of a raise in prices, and that I’d be getting a sick hair stylist hacking up a lung all over my hair leaving me to go home and shower and re washed my freshly styled 90.10$ “hair cut”. Show up just lookin to get a hair cut hair dresser seems nice enough. Just looking for a inch off the top, for reference have a middle part hair dresser proceeds to cut the outside 1 inch then makes it even all the way across the top so it’s like 1.5-2 inches in the middle off. I had the absolute best experience with Nawra!! I am in love with how my hair turned out, and I’m in even more obsessed with her stunning customer service skills. I was laughing the whole time in her seat, and she treated me with the outmost respect. I will definitely be coming back!!! I highly recommend everyone to go to her.

Brought my son for a cut and gave specific instructions to leave the top and just trim the sides. The hair dresser did not follow instructions and did in fact cut the top, but not only is it shorter it is very uneven and choppy and the only thing to be done is letting it grow out which is why I’ll never go back
