I had an amazing experience at this salon! I got a hair color and cut, and the results are exactly what I wanted. The attention to detail was incredible. Highly recommend “Gulsima” if you're looking for a professional and talented stylist in Brantford. I’m so happy with my new look!
Ask for Bradley. If he is not there, come back or book appointment. He's at his best between 11 and 3pm.
So happy with the streaks of colour in my hair. Bradley is a master at blondes. My hair feels amazingly soft and full. My cut is also great, and his inspiration or suggestions always stay beautiful months later.
The person booking the appointments male was very rude. When I called him to cancel my appointment he said don't call here anymore. I cancelled my appointment because the person was not very welcoming earlier. I called for the first time. Who TALKS to customers like this??? You're a BUSINESS because of CLIENTS. Listen there are tons of Hair salons who give exceptional service like Obsession guys! I won't never call again if this is the last SALON in the TOWN
Iam genuinely impressed with Nawra. She did highlights on my granddaughter and her attention to detail and passion for her craft was very apparent. Will not go anywhere else. Excellent customer service and high quality service.
