My mom had a 2:30pm appointment, she got there at 2:20pm and patiently waited in the waiting room/area on a couch. Nobody greeted her, introduced themselves, asked if she had an appointment, absolutely nothing. 2:35pm my mom has to get up and go look for a stylist to see if she can get some assistance. Lucy is the absolute sweetest, most talented woman in this industry. She not only transformed my hair from fried to healthy, full, blended… she was also an immediate friend/kind soul.
