Horrible. I went there after four years of not having a hair cut, my hair was so long. I had a clear image and a video of how I wanted it cut. Showed it to the older lady who cut it. Even paused the video she just kept saying long layers yes I know. She took off over 10” of hair and said more? I said no that’s fine any shorter and I would have had a pixie cut I swear.
