East valley meets East Coast – Frank is AWESOME.. Problem is once more people find out about him and Salon Metro it might become impossible to see "HIM". Talented and intelligent he makes ANYONES hair look GREAT. He is a Master. Once you leave there you will be a new person and you will LOVE it.
