I visited this salon as a POC with fine/wavy hair based on a recommendation. Upon arrival, the owner looked me up and down and made a condescending remark about my hoodie, implying that she didn’t think I was entitled to a luxury experience based on the casual fit I picked for the day. Cindy was great! Efficient but masterful work with my crazy thick curly hair
I have been getting my hair cut by Cindy for the last year and I have loved every single cut she has done. Finding someone who listens to what you’re looking for, remembers it even months later, and is easy to talk to is so rare. She’s helped me pick products that works for my hair and it’s healthier than it’s ever been and I’m no longer afraid to style my curls.

I have been having my curly hair cut & colored by Cindy (Salon Metro owner) for the past 40 years!!! Since the beginning of “great hair” time!!!
