I’m noticing a bit more inconsistencies than I would like. Some of the nail techs are a little impatient and like to do a rush job. I went in for builder gel and a nail came off the next day. When I went in for a repair- I felt like the staff didn’t care much about getting it fixed. The tech was just such in a rush to get to the next customer and in the end the nail still looked jacked up. Their pedis are usually always nice tho. All in all, I plan on taking a break from this establishment.
The staff is sweet and do a wonderful job. I had both mani and pedi done and I love they do both at the same time. Such a time saver!
I booked for a classic pedi and it was a relaxing experience. The whole environment was clean, orderly, and welcoming. Will definitely come again!
