I can’t believe this kind of primitive, disrespectful place called ‘business’ exists in this date and time. Don’t even think about this place for relaxation…you will end up having your day messed up. No communication at all there is a huge language barrier. You won’t be welcomed inside. Door is locked staff comes out to speak to you outside and you will be told to wait by the so called manager outside until she tells her staff to open the door. I requested to refund my money back. Honestly so disappointed. My nails look like I did them myself and I told the person multiple times I didn’t like the shape. I’ll never return

I went in asked for a full set french tip, the lady at the front said $55 then the person she assigned me to had no idea what I was even asking for so they gave me someone else (nice girl) but I did not get what I asked for and was charged $70 for an awful experience. Do not go here the girl at the front was initially gonna charge me $85!!!! INSANE. See below for what I requested vs what I got.

Tatiana provided a fab service. This is the treatment I didn't know I needed. When I left my head was encased in a comfort cloud for 24 hours. My budget is being arranged to include this in my life routine.
