I've been debating writing this but honestly this was the worst experience I had. I went in for a blonde bayalage and I walked out 6 hours later with bleach damage hair that looked almost the same as when I went in. She pushed my appointment back and was working on multiple clients at the same time and she put bleach on the bottom and let it sit without even doing a test strand and she fried my ends. So I came out with no blonde and shorter hair underneath. I didn't leave the salon til almost 1030. My hair feels fried as hec... read more
