Christine Reel is the worst. Paid full price for a horrible "ombre balyage" that looked nothing like the pictures I brought. She was extremely rude and so unprofessional when I wasn't happy and blamed my cannabis use for the color not taking. She took my full payment and told me to sit with it for a few days then pulled some shady stuff when I called 3 days later, still unhappy. Offered 50% refund I never got. Jen is amazing she does a great job on my hair every time. I walk out of her chair feeling amazing. She the best blond specialist I have gone two. My hair is still healthy at the end of are appointment and it never feels damaged her prices are amazing
