will never go again. ever. they have "good" (cheap) prices and you get EXACTLY what you pay for. they talked negatively about me just because i couldn't understand the language they spoke. every little request was an upcharge. their acrylic is thin and i've broken two nails within two weeks which hasn't EVER happened so soon after a manicure that i've gotten at any other shop in lansing. not to mention she did a pretty crap job at polishing. $23 for a manicure is a great price but i'd rather pay more than go here and deal wi... read more
Customer satisfaction is clearly not their #1 priority. plus one of the employees screamed at a customer and slammed the door to the break room! she didn't even get an apology! PLEASE DON'T GO TO THEM!

I would highly recommend AVOIDING this place. I have been a customer there for nearly a decade going every 3 weeks like clockwork and I always tip 20%. It was 4:15 when I walked in and stood there waiting for someone to acknowledge us. Eventually one of the guys says ‘Closed.’ I asked what time they closed and he says, ‘6 o’clock.’ I mean, they’ve always been somewhat rude, but they do a decent job and their prices are good. They are very disrespectful in all way. When you call they don't honor your appointment. They talk to people in a rude manner and then asks for a tip. Prices are good but they are very rude.
Worst service ever!!!! Don't ever go to this place!!!! Cheap nails, worst customer service!
I called an hour before 7 and they told me they closed at 8. I stepped into the lobby at 7:24 and refused me service!
