I decided to go to Salon Maven in hopes to get a bad cut fixed. Amber was very kind and knowledgeable! She went out of her way to make me feel comfortable with how she would fix my cut. She kept all the length while incorporating beautiful layers and did an amazing job! I haven’t had a haircut this good in a decade! My natural wavy/curly hair is so happy after this cut! By the end I was thankful for the bad cut that led me to find Amber!

I had such an amazing experience at Salon Maven. I first came in for a consultation, followed by a separate appointment for my color and cut, which I really appreciated. After having a baby, I wasn’t feeling the greatest about myself or my hair, and I truly needed a revamp to feel fresh, healthy, and confident again. Amber is amazing! I needed a cut and color after my regular stylist was unavailable and booked out for weeks. I took a chance and walked in to see if I could get a hair cut. After talking with Amber she put me at ease and I asked if she could also color my hair. I have started to gray and hadn’t had any color or cut in over 5 months. Amber was very professional and had a clean studio space, she was really friendly and easy to talk to during my appointment. She responded promptly when I messaged her about the process of turning my dark brunette dyed hair into light copper red. She was upfront with pricing and how long it would take and what products she would use to lift out the old dye; my hair is very fine and long and honestly I have no damage from the lifting process whatsoever.
