I have been an existing customer of Salon Master for some years now. The staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and are happy to help with any technical queries. A very reliable business, would 100% recommend.
Our salon business has been using Salon Master hot water cylinders for over 20 years. Incredibly well made and high performing water heaters. Recently had to replace an element and getting a spare sent out was very easy and quick. Excellent company to deal with.
I always try to provide positive feedback, but I feel compelled to write this review because I don't want anyone else to make the same mistake I did: I placed an order for three timers six months ago. I never received them, after many phone calls, I requested a refund. No one has gotten back to me, and no one there seems to know what's going on. My experience with this company has been very frustrating, and I'm not sure if or when I'll get my timers or my money back.
