I unfortunately booked a haircut appointment here and John cut my hair, he is very kind and friendly but unfortunately I think he don’t have much experience I asked for volume hair cut and not too much front layers- now the way he cut my hair I can’t style blow dry or anything unless it grows back I would never go back to this salon -

Seeing my hair being treated this way actually made me very sad. This was the first haircut I got in two years. Washing to cutting took less than 30 min and it was the most careless haircut I’ve got. In the end my hair is very uneven and the stylist just wouldn’t listen. I could’ve cut my hair the same way at home yet I paid $67 for it.

I walked in with long curly hair. I requested for layers and volume. She washed my hair, but did not fully wash the conditioner out. Then proceeded to stretch out my hair wet and cut it despite me telling her that I have different curl patterns(my hair should have been cut dry because of shrinkage). The styling was very poorly done, so I had to go redo it myself at home. Now I have a bob cut in the front while the back is long and it looks like a staircase.
