Kathy was amazing, professional, quick, and friendly! I got partial highlights and they turned out beautifully.
Amazing experience! I used the Groupon to get partial highlights and Julie did a fantastic job. She was so professional and let me know what she was doing every step of the way. My hair looks even better in real. Definitely recommend!
Worst haircut in my life , thick coarse hair 4inches past shoulders, wanted cut to shoulder length. Long bob , got hack job , chunks of hair in the middle of one side , not close to even , looks like toddler got scissors. Had to go to another stylist, that did best she could , have to grow hair out before can make some sort of style out of this mess . Traumatic experience. If you have texture , do not let Julie attempt a haircut!
Run from this unprofessional salon. I purchased a Groupon for a haircut, condition and blow dry. As required in the Groupon, I contacted the salon first and spoke with Stephanie (an owner) and told her that I was purchasing this for my daughter. She offered me three different times for an appointment with Julie, we chose the middle appointment, 4:00 pm. Bad service. Book an appointment for single processing hair color. End up told me no time at all. Then why give me an appointment to go there with raining day. Never go back again
