I love everything about the salon. The location is easy to navigate with great parking alternatives. At the salon care and time were given to explain the processes available for your hair type and texture. They work well with children!! We had a wonderful experience!!
Do not waist your money they do not know what they are doing and charged my mother a 1k dollars. REALLY. Her hair is not even full its so thin...
Not sure if I can give a true star rating at this time. Giving it a 3 My experience was a longer than should have been. I felt like I came in at a time where time was not really in my favor, meaning the service I requested ended up being not what I was being billed for or ecpecting. It took too many tries (weeks) and all the wrong hair, only to end up where I started from in the beginning. I did however get the system I orignially wanted but it was small. I will not ever go back here took my daughter for a haircut and a silk press for the first time, it looked good that everything went well. When I got home my daughter was burnt two times then I already made a $50 deposit for another appointment. My appointment was canceled I drove over a hour been out since 10am trying to get my daughter hair done for a event the only thing I can say is the owner is nice and maybe we just had a bad experience I just thought it was unprofessional.
