Avoid at all cost. Do not come here if you want your haid done correctly and professionally. The owner Thuy is very confident but only in words. She totally screwed up my hair attempting to give me highlights with the old fashion cap. As you can see the results in my photo shown,no highlights but 4 different blocked colors. Great customer service. Asked for what I thought was a very simple cut, showed image. Did not get that cut. Growing it out but it looks not good. Still.

I just moved to the area and was looking for a salon close to my new place. This one had great reviews so I decided to give them a try. I came in for low lights and haircut, but was really open to having a conversation on what would look best on me. There was a significant language barrier, so I did not get any sort of consultation which is what I would expect when being charged $250+ for a service.
