There is no zero star, so I have to give one star for their poor business. I booked an appointment on December 21th, and waited 9 days for my appointment for a haircut. Today, I went there on time and as soon as I showed the photo of pixie cut I wanted to have, the stylist (!) said ahe couldn't do it, did not feel confident with pixie cuts etc! I can’t say enough great things about my stylist at Luxe. I was scheduled with Austyn and I had the best experience. She listened, asked questions and completely understood exactly what I wanted. She absolutely slayed my hair and I couldn’t have been happier!! Thank you!
Great experience getting my hair lightened. I had 3N dark brown hair. Lightened with a lived in bayalage and had absolutely no issues with the stylists, the products or anything. Great service, great wash stations and good vibes/atmosphere. Loved the positive affirmations in the restroom too! Very cute place!
Austyn did an incredible job on my hair. friendly gentle, efficient & made sure everything was just right for me. super comfortable to be around. Although I’ll probably be seeing Austyn again, I’d trust any of the stylists here. Very high standards for stylists & it shows! Thank you.
