I highly recommend this Salon. I moved to NE a few months ago and was concerned about finding a good stylist. A coworker recommended Rachelle and I couldn’t be more pleased. She has colored my hair several times and it always turns out great. I’ve had many compliments on the color and have sent others to see Rachelle as well. She is the BEST❤️

I am amazed every time I go there. My stylist is awesome and it is such a relaxing environment. I always leave feeling great about my new style. My stylist always gives me tips and tells me each type of product she is using when styling. She has highlighting suggestions and an amazing visions of different styles and is very knowledgeable. You will love it there.

Below is my initial experience at this salon today. I posted this review about 30 minutes ago and the business director has already responded to me and 100% corrected the situation. Like I said before as far as talent goes I had a wonderful stylist who did a great job. This was unfortunately a severe lack of communication as I made it clear what I was going in for and expecting my appt to cost. I never write reviews for anywhere I visit, but felt obligated to do so for Luxe after the professional and hospitable experience I was greeted with. I called at 12:40 asking if there was any availability in the afternoon; I was greeted by name at the door and sitting in the chair by 1:10. Staci was the most communicative stylist I've ever worked with. She answered every one of my questions and concerns with tactful ease. The staff at this salon are rude and have nothing but attitude towards others. They talk about customers behind their back. The owner also treats some of the staff pretty poorly, maybe that's where they get their attitude. I'd advise anyone to spend their money elsewhere.
