My appointment time was at 1:30PM. Im a very patient and understanding person so I don’t mind waiting 10-15 minutes especially since I know life happens. I was in the waiting area outside her suite past 40 minutes. I did not come in her suite until a little after 2:15PM. When I finally did come in she had three other people in the suite whose hair she was working on as well. I came in for a silk press and rescue and did not get done until 4:45ishh. Tonya always gets me right. Everytime!
I would recommend Salon Love to anyone! Tonya is wonderful! I had faux locs that I kept in longer than I intended. She was extremely patient and professional! She focused on keeping my hair healthy throughout the removal process and she communicated with me every step of the way. Her shop is nice and comfortable. Her prices are very reasonable. Just a note, the best way to access the salon is to park in the garage. The salon entrance is inside the garage.
