The stylists here (Shervan specifically) are not responsive to appointments booked through the third party apps they've signed up for. They don't answer the phone, and they don't respond to text messages. I waited for a response, then just cancelled my appointment because I had no way of knowing if someone would even be there to do my hair on the day that was scheduled. So unprofessional. Why waste the time of potential clients like that?
