My daughter had an apt with stylist Jenny Miller to get her hair styled for her sweet 16 photoshoot on Monday 6/23/25. She had the curling iron so hot it literally burned my daughter's hair so badly it still smells completely rancid. When she got home and showered, her hair started falling out by the handfuls. She is mortified, and her beautiful hair is ruined. I would give zero stars if I could
Angela went above and beyond of my expectations! I have been trying to get my haircut for over a month now all over town and Angela was extremely accommodating to make sure I could get my hair done! She listened to my desires and executed my vision perfectly. She was extremely professional and knew what she was doing with my hair type and face shape! Definitely will be returning!
Loft #5 is all you need to know. Micah’s stellar professionalism and skills has earned my loyal business for the designated barber. I moved here to Columbus over 6 months ago, had 5 haircuts, all from different barbers and have been completely awful. You tell Micah what you need done and the task is executed. My son moved to Indiana and he has a daughter. He's very picky about who will touch his daughter's hair. We reached out to Mrs. Herwig since she did hair. She sent us to Mrs. Erin. It was my granddaughters first time in a salon and her first time getting anything done to her hair. We just wanted her ends done. She was nervous but Erin was great with her. We will be going back to Erin for her first haircut. Thank you Erin for being so caring and understanding with my granddaughter. I recommend Erin to all.
