Horrible. The worst experience ever. This stylist named Tamila, did my haircut in Loft 37 it was a decent cut for which she charged 75$ . She said she’d do highlights well so I booked an appointment. She said, 150+40 for glaze. Today, she did my highlights, which was just atrocious. When I asked where are the highlights, she gave me multiple reasons and excuses, that, your hair is black, maybe you used henna, maybe you used Root touch up , so this is what will come.
