Very disappointed with the overall upkeep of Salon Lofts lately. The ongoing AC issues have made appointments uncomfortable for both clients and stylists, and it doesn’t seem to be treated with any urgency. On top of that, the cleanliness of the common areas and facilities has noticeably declined. For the amount tenants already pay, basic maintenance and cleanliness should be a priority, not an afterthought. Adding parking charges now feels like the final straw.
