I love the Salon Lofts!! Sarah A Aesthetics and Be Living Colorfully are my two go-to’s at this facility. Love the location (tons of shopping after treating yourself). I can always find parking which is great too and it’s super clean inside!

I booked an appointment with Alexandra “Chicago Brow Alchemist.” I was talking to her for months leading up to this appointment, and she knew I was driving from further away. When I arrived she told me she could not perform the service. She is now refusing to return my deposit made for this service. I did not no show, I did not cancel. Very unprofessional.
