Poor management of this facility forcing all stylists to wash hair in ICE cold water with no hot water in the entire facility for 1+ months. The stylist are trying their best, yet management just brings jugs of bottled water in to the stylists as a "fix" to wash hair with. Guess management would rather see clients undergo waterboarding or take a polar plunge than focus on running the business. If anyone is looking to setup a loft here. BEWARE. The facility has been without hot water and without laundry for over a month. Management has not resolved these issues, and has offered no compensation to the stylists. Clients & their stylists are both very upset. Completely unfair situation for everyone, while the corporate office sits back and does nothing except collect a paycheck.
This salon has had ongoing issues x 1 mth or more with no hot water and no laundry facilities for towels, etc. My hairdresser and her clients are suffering as Salon Lofts management, though aware of the issues, has failed to address the problem.
*1 star for the lofts, 5 for my stylist.* With the holidays coming up, I had booked my hair appointment months ago for Monday 12/16 with my amazing stylist, Victoria. Day of, she told me that I had to reschedule bc there was no hot water (which is obviously out of my hair stylist’s control.) We rescheduled for today, assuming the problem would be resolved by then, however it hasn’t been. I have been Dee’s loyal client for the last 3 years, and followed her to this location. Not only is the parking simple and easy, but the inside is very clean and modern. To speak to Dee’s skills as a master stylist, she is incredible at doing women and men’s haircuts, and also natural highlights and color; however, she has done vivid color highlights on me, while keeping the integrity of my hair healthy.
