I’ve been going to Jane for 3 years now and my hair has never looked better! I had such a hard time finding a new hair stylist when I first moved to Chicago and so a friend recommended Jane to me. I am so grateful she did because Jane truly does an amazing job. Not only is she talented, but she is also such a joy to be around. She is so kind and easy to talk to. I always leave my appointments in a happier mood than when I walked in the door.

Truly unhappy with the service that Jenn Malinowski did on my hair on loft 11a few weeks ago..She rushed the service because the day of my appointment the building had an issue and the fire department was there to fix the issue.. I was scheduled for partial balayage+ haircut ‍♀️… Then she demanded me to pay her with Zelle VS me using my cc card… She said “ what you don’t have the money directly?” She’s rude too… My hair turned out horrible… She refuses to refund you and states she will fix the problem but never replied to yo... read more

I made an online appointment the night before and got the confirmation. I reached the salon five minutes before the appointment and the room (loft 5) was empty. I had the phone number of the stylist (Michelle Pleasant) via the confirmation. No response via call/text for the next 20 mins. Finally got a text saying I had the wrong stylist. Very annoying experience. Not sure if the mistake was because of the system or the stylist but I was stuck with no options. I did email the customer service but haven't heard back yet.
