Do NOT sign a lease with this incredibly deceptive company. Please check their reviews on the bbb to see similar experiences to mine. I had to deal with multiple bird intrusions in my salon, one of which they let die in the wall despite multiple tenants letting them know we could hear him trapped for over a week. After the bird starved to death in the wall their solution was to pour cedar chips down the wall to cover the smell of the decaying animal.
