My hair colorist was GREAT but the overall establishment was chaotic and disorganized. When I go to get my hair, skin and nails done I expect it to be relaxing not loud and vulgar. My hair specialist was wondering but tge others around her were very loud, rude and inconsiderate. I will be going to another Salon Lots next time. I have been to others and my experience was NEVER like this!!
My hair looks amazing and I highly recommend!! Marima went above and beyond, picking up hair products & oil for me to use to maintain the look as well as doing highlights and extensions. I told her my boundaries, upkeep, what I wanted and she made it happen! Her services are reasonably priced as well. The lofts are separate so it’s private but not claustrophobic and a relaxing atmosphere.
