It's more of a reflection of the individual stylists. I booked with Devon at 4pm for a 6pm haircut, it was confirmed, I paid the deposit, showed up early and he never showed.... I waited a half hour for him, I called twice, nothing. Very unprofessional and disappointing.
Please visit Maureen. She is the sweetest hair therapist and helped me with bringing out the vision of my new hair!
Kimberly was great. I didn't appreciate stylists coming to me outside and asking if they could cut my hair when I already had an appointment with Kim. She was running late but was worth the wait.
Came here a while ago and visited with Denise for a manicure and pedicure. She acted as though she was doing me a favor accepting my appointment because it was short notice but I skipped the red flag and booked anyway. The entire appointment consisted of her bragging about her "nail" training, talking about Jesus, and discussing her expensive travels.
