It's more of a reflection of the individual stylists. I booked with Devon at 4pm for a 6pm haircut, it was confirmed, I paid the deposit, showed up early and he never showed.... I waited a half hour for him, I called twice, nothing. Very unprofessional and disappointing.
Please visit Maureen. She is the sweetest hair therapist and helped me with bringing out the vision of my new hair!
Kimberly was great. I didn't appreciate stylists coming to me outside and asking if they could cut my hair when I already had an appointment with Kim. She was running late but was worth the wait.
