I can not believe what just happened to me. I made an appointment a month in advance. Once I got there the store was closed so I call the number they gave me and she explains to me that she wasn’t feeling well and that they wrote down the wrong number so there was no way of reaching me. I wasn’t yelling at her I wasn’t being rude I told her I understood that she wasn’t feeling well. I mean we are still in a pandemic so I have no right to be mad.
