First visit, I walked in for a pedicure at 10:15am, place opens at 10am. Only one tech was there already doing a pedi, she said to wait 10min. At 10:30am 2 more employees came in, they sat me in pedicure chair but it wasn't ready. She did exfoliate first, next she lotioned my legs, then she started working on my toe nails, so my feet were soaking in dirty lotion water for the rest of the procedure, and there was no lotion at the end. $30 pedi w regular nail polish.
