Do NOT go to Sandy at this salon! 1. Had an appt with her at 2pm and wasn't seen until 3:30. No apology! 2. Would not listen to how I wanted my hair hilighted. Wants to do her own thing. 3. Rushed through my highlighting and left several outgrowths in parts. 4. Left me under the dryer with bleach on my hair for 1hr 15mins without checking on me. 5.
