Let my 16 year old schedule her appointment and the guy on the phone was completely not professional and sounded like we inconvenienced him by calling. Kept the appointment anyway but called to confirm the day before. Showed up 3 min early but it was an empty salon and waited 5-10 min with still no one at all (employee or customers) so we left. Absolute worst experience (even though we didn’t get to experience it.) Don’t know others experience but our was a joke from beginning to end.
