I had the best experience getting K-tip extensions and color touch up done! The extensions blend so seamlessly — you can’t even tell they’re not my real hair. Both services turned out perfect with so much dimension and shine. The attention to detail and professionalism truly made the whole appointment enjoyable. Highly recommend Jess for anyone looking for extensions and beautiful color! Jess is the best. Everyone at Salon Kate is welcoming and it makes for a great experience.
I wonder where all the bad reviews went because this was my girls first experience and she left crying. Jess did her hair and my girl didnt bother tipping a penny. She left looking as if "Justin beiber and the Beatles had a kid" her words. Very unprofessional didnt even look at the reference photo once.. To your response.... How could she had said anything when it was already too late what could you do place the hair back on her head and please dont bring the owner in because she didnt even know how to wash your clients hair... read more
