Good work but I would just suggest dying your hair at home if you’re comfortable. I came in to get red highlights in my hair which was done with permanent hair dye apparently, and it ended up washing out faster than than when I DIY at home with semi permanent hair color🫠 upon calling I was told it was the shampoo and conditioner I was using but I was never told about using anything specific.
