this is one of "those" salons that has no receptionist...you have to call the stylist you want to work with and they schedule themselves. If the are not there you must call back when hey are. No one will schedule for anyone else. Hrd to deal with unless you hae a standing appointment and I do not. Clena and I like everything that has ben done but hard to work with I will probaby find anohter to use. I can unserstand if it is a money saving reason but their prices are way above te area in my experienc.
