The owner cancelled on me 3 days before my daughter’s event after increasing his prices and requirements on me. He states being in the business for over 20 years and knowing what he was doing and requesting my contract with him when he never sent one.
I visit AZ from LA every few months just to get my hair done by Victor!
Im writing this review to caution others about my horrible experience at this salon. I reserved a bridal hair and makeup for myself, my bridal party, my mother and mother in law. This salon was recommended by a close friend of mine but I am sad to say I am disappointed by both the quality of the work and the customer service. I am giving this place a 2 star because the environment was not welcoming and the stylist were not very friendly which is unacceptable in general but especially for a bridal party. My friend booked them for her wedding so this should have been an upbeat atmosphere. When I arrived to the salon the atmosphere was dry and felt uneasy.
