Excellent service, everyone is very welcoming and very friendly. I love that they start your hair as soon as you arrive. They value your time and provide excellent service.
After trying a few different places, I can confidently say that Salon Journey is my daughter’s favorite place to get her hair done. She has a VERY sensitive scalp, so that says a lot. As a mom, it is a relief knowing that I can bring her to Salon Journey and that she will be handled gently with care. They have earned my trust and loyalty.
If there's an option for 0 stars I have been coming to this salon for nearly two years, and for all of that time I stayed because one stylist, Sheree, consistently did a great job on my daughter's hair. Unfortunately, the owner's rude, cold and dismissive attitude has always been an issue, one I overlooked for far too long. The final straw came today, when I booked an appointment for my daughter's graduation hair. I absolutely love Salon Journey!!! A neighbor told me about it and I’m so glad she did. As a widowed husband and now single dad of a 5 year old, salon journey has been an absolute godsend. It’s like dropping my daughter off at my sister or aunt’s place to get her hair braided and properly taken care of. I can wash and condition but braiding is beyond me at the moment.
