If there's an option for 0 stars I have been coming to this salon for nearly two years, and for all of that time I stayed because one stylist, Sheree, consistently did a great job on my daughter's hair. Unfortunately, the owner's rude, cold and dismissive attitude has always been an issue, one I overlooked for far too long. I absolutely love Salon Journey!!! A neighbor told me about it and I’m so glad she did. As a widowed husband and now single dad of a 5 year old, salon journey has been an absolute godsend. It’s like dropping my daughter off at my sister or aunt’s place to get her hair braided and properly taken care of. I can wash and condition but braiding is beyond me at the moment. It's very unsafe taking your children there, it doesn't even have a waiting area to sit, they want you out of the building, while they're doing your kid's hair. That's a red flag for me because I need to keep an eye on my children.
Sheree was very helpful and styled my locs to my liking
