Didn’t get what I asked for…presented the first picture upon arrival, said that’s what’s I wanted my color to look like. At the end of the visit yesterday I stated my hair didn’t look like what I expected and was told it was the lighting. Well even in direct sunlight it doesn’t look like what I requested and the hair around my temples is clearly darker than the rest.
