This was my first visit to Salon Jolie. Caroline was lots of fun and very skilled at interpreting my cryptic description of what I was not happy with about the cut from my last stylist. My hair has to grow out some yet, but my first cut from Caroline is way closer to what I've been wanting. I'm very pleased and will be back.
I was thrilled with my haircut today. Shayla P. always does an amazing job- she is very thorough and meticulous. I always leave happy but today we decided to give me a fringe with some light layers. She gave me a blowout to finish the style off for the appointment and I cannot be any happier with the result.
It was my daughter and I's first visit and right off the top staff was welcoming, kind and helpful! Sam was our stylist and was gentle with my daughter and detailed with me. Overall great experience!
The salon is beautiful, brick walls and chandeliers. My stylist, Sally, was gorgeous, but somehow not intimidating. She had a careful look through my hair (very thick) and explained a few things to me about my hair that I didn't know. The sinks were the most comfortable I have ever had...no sore neck! But then Sally gave me an incredible neck and head massage, so I turned into goo, sp relaxing! She did a fabulous job of thinning and cutting my hair and asked for feedback.
