Even though it’s says appointments required, IT ALSO SAYS recommended. I had an unexpected long lunch break, and saw this salon was next to an ATM. I thought let’s kill two birds with one stone, haircut and grab some cash plus I can tip with cash. Before I could even turn my engine off, an ANGRY belligerent man came waving outside the store and gestured for me that I cannot park there. DONT COME HERE, SO RUDE

I was on my way to an event in Baltimore and Jean-Paul was able to fit me in as a walk-in with a great cut. I will be coming back!

I scheduled my appointment for March 14th And I arrived on time. Jean did not provide great customer service for whatever reason. I explain to him what I wanted and he was very argumentative about it. He later on agreed to give me the haircut that I wanted but it did not turn out great I decided not to express my distaste for it because he seem to be very hostile. I will not be returning.
