My granddaughter had gotten a haircut that was making her very unhappy. I contacted Carlos. At the last minute on a Friday night he made room on Saturday for her. He listened to us and she walked out a new girl happy with her new haircut. She wants to come back for a haircut on her next visit !

I randomly found Carlos about 6 months ago. Before Carlos, I had gone to the same stylist in Delray for 12 years. I have a 5 year old son and we have come in together to get both of our hair cuts for the last 5 months. Both my son and I are particular about our hair cuts. When my son was 3 I tried to take him to Supercuts and he left crying; he’s no easy sell! Carlos has given us the best hair cuts and always has a stellar attitude that is contagious. Carlos really listens to understand what his client is seeking. His many decades of experience then allows him to make recommendations and create a plan. He is incredibly skilled in color and precision cuts. I will not go anywhere else in Palm Beach County. When my kids are visiting from CO, they make appts with Carlos too!
