Looked good when I left salon but when I tried to straighten it the next day it’s all crooked and does not look good expected different results for the amount paid

My hairstylist Mehrose is absolutely amazing! As a teenage girl who really values her hair, she ALWAYS exceeds my expectations. It’s been 5 days since she cut my hair now and I still can’t stop looking at it lol. I would 1000% recommend this place.

Je suis allé aujourd'hui elle a massacré mes surcil. Vraiment j'ai pleuré. En plus elle n'a pas pris la responsabilité de son travail ni même pas dis désolé je m'excuse. Ni réparer son erreur. Vraiment c'est incroyable et c'est vraiment la réalité de ce qui s'est passé. C'est dommage qu'il n'y pas de autant de professionnalisme ???

the worst blowout i got in my life my hair was dry from blonde and instead of adding some product to make it softer she just roughly brushes my hair and try on selling me a small 60 no known brand of mask and when i first entered the salon she instructs me to go at the wash skin area when its not even cleaned i can she hair in the sink and dirty towels…. my opinion not worth 45$ if a blow dry cant be done properly then i don’t trust for anything else being done on my hair there.
