I went to this salon to get my hair done for Homecoming. I heard that there was a 50% off deal going on so I booked an appointment. Over the phone they told me my entire service will be $45-50 with my shoulder length hair, but at the checkout they charged me $70 (with a 15% tip). I don't think they added the 50% off either. It was a ridiculous amount for a blow dry and straighten. They told me that they charged extra for the length but I had already told them the length of my hair over the phone so I was a bit confused. Brought my daughter here to see Bernice and she did a fabulous job. On the way home we stopped to get a tea and the first person we saw complimented her hair. Super impressed with everything.
Great experience. I love this place and I am coming back for sure, thanks to Bernice. She was patient and did a wonderful job. It took 1.5 hours to just wash and style my super long hair. It’s hard to find people that don’t rush to just get things done.☺️
